Para gestionar la garantía de los artículos instalados en domicilio (exceptuando pequeño electrodoméstico – PAE), será necesario que el cliente rellene el siguiente formulario de solicitud de asistencia.

En el caso de productos Samsung y LG, nuestro servicio no puede tramitar las incidencias directamente, ya que los Servicios de Asistencia Técnica (SAT) oficiales requieren que el cliente se encuentre en el domicilio durante el primer contacto. Esto es necesario para realizar comprobaciones remotas, diagnósticos iniciales y otros pasos previos antes de autorizar una intervención técnica.

 

Por este motivo, el cliente debe ponerse directamente en contacto con el SAT oficial de la marca correspondiente para gestionar su incidencia.

In the case of Samsung and LG Products, our service cannot process incidents directly, as the official Technical Support Services (SAT) require the customer to be at home during the first contact. This is necessary to carry out remote checks, initial diagnostics, and other preliminary steps before authorizing a technical intervention.

 

For this reason, the customer must contact the official Technical Support Service of the corresponding brand directly to manage their issue.
